Our role as a broker
As a mortgage broker, we arrange — but do not directly make — mortgage loans. We work with a network of third-party wholesale lenders and present loan options on your behalf. The lender, not Equity Lending Group, is the party that funds your loan. The lender's name and terms will be disclosed to you in your loan documents.
Not a commitment to lend
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not an offer to lend, a commitment to make a loan, or a guarantee of any rate, term, or program. All applications are subject to credit review, income and asset verification, underwriting approval, property appraisal, and program availability. Rates, terms, fees, and conditions are subject to change without notice and may vary based on loan amount, loan-to-value ratio, credit profile, property type, occupancy, and other factors. Not all applicants will qualify, and not all programs are available in all states.
